The Super Bowl is perhaps the most popular annual competition of the National Football League. It has served as the end-of-season championship game of each NFL season since 1966. Since then, the game has been play on the first Sunday of February every year. Each year, millions tune in to watch the great game, as well as get in the spirit for football and get ready for the end of the season.

This Sunday, November 3rd, the Miami Dolphins: will take on the hated New England Patriots in what should be a very exciting game. However, the weather in Miami and Florida may play into the outcome. For example, the Miami area is generally prone to rain during the rainy season. And if the rains really go down and get to the Dolphins’ home field, they could be in serious trouble.

Let’s say the Miami Dolphins play: the New England Patriots in what is considered a “game” within a game. How long is the Super Bowl in San Francisco? Well, it depends upon how many “likes” the Niners have online right now. Currently, the Niners have a little more than three million fans online. So, if the Niners get to take the home field advantage and win this Super Bowl in a very dramatic fashion, they could conceivably have the largest number of “likes” on Facebook right now.

If the weather in New England is as tough as it is predicted to be: the New England Patriots could be playing football in the snow for about three hours on January 17th. Imagine how long it would be outside San Francisco’s Levi’s Stadium, where the Niners play the Dolphins. I don’t see the Niners winning the Super Bowl. The weather is too unpredictable.

If the New Orleans Saints win their division and moves into the playoffs: will the New Orleans Bowl be moved to the new Mercedes-Benz Stadium in New Orleans? There has been talk that the new Mercedes-Benz Stadium will host the Super Bowl. Although there is still some renovation, it might not be long before the Super Bowl moves back to New Orleans.

Are you ready for February 7th? Super Bowl II is scheduled for February 7th, and the week after that is the NFL draft. I think it is highly likely that the NFL draft will bring a lot more rumors and questions about which teams will be moving into their new stadiums.

In case you are counting down to the Super Bowl, remember how long the Super Bowl will last. Don’t let those rumors and question marks keep you from celebrating the upcoming Super Bowl.
